Yanna Sukhodrev is a partner at Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev & Azzolino LLP and a Certified Family Law Specialist. Ms. Sukhodrev focuses her practice exclusively on family law and has successfully handled a variety of matters, both before private judges and in the public courthouse, including high-earner child support issues, date of separation disputes, restraining orders, breach of fiduciary duty claims, reimbursement claims, valuation of stock options, valuation of businesses and complex challenges to the validity of pre-nuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements.

She regularly handles challenging custody disputes and has experience litigating international move-away cases. She works closely with forensic accountants on complicated financial issues that are unique to family law, including business valuations and tracing of assets. Ms. Sukhodrev negotiates and drafts premarital and post-marital agreements.

Ms. Sukhodrev has experience litigating cases throughout the Bay Area, including Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda and Santa Cruz counties.

Ms. Sukhodrev has been named a Super Lawyer in Northern California (From 2017 – 2023) in Super Lawyers Magazine and as an outstanding young lawyer on the Northern California Rising Stars list (2013, 2014). In addition, she was named one of the Top 40 Family Law Lawyers Under 40 in California by the American Society of Legal Advocates (2014-2017) and selected as one of the Top 10 Family Law Lawyers Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Lawyers (2014-2017).

Ms. Sukhodrev attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as the technical editor for the Santa Clara Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in psychology. In her spare time, Ms. Sukhodrev likes to spend time with her son, travel and attend sporting events.
