Kristi Freas

Kristi Freas is an experienced family law paralegal at Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev Azzolino LLP with 25 years of experience in the legal field.
Kristi began her journey in family law with Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev Azzolino LLP in 2014 as a file clerk while pursuing her paralegal certificate that she received later that year. She departed us in 2015 prior to the inception of paralegal positions within our firm to expand her knowledge and experience with other family law firms in the counties of Santa Clara and San Mateo.
In 2025 Kristi rejoined MTSA with a wealth of experience along with her unwavering compassion and dedication essential to providing excellent service and support to clients and her colleagues.
Kristi is a San Jose native but moved to Santa Cruz in 2022. She enjoys Muay Thai training, traveling, and spending time with her son.
