Rebecca Kelly joined Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev & Azzolino LLP as a San Jose family lawyer in February 2018. Previously, Ms. Kelly was an associate attorney for a civil litigation firm, primarily focused on personal injury, landlord-tenant, and general liability matters. She also worked in criminal litigation, during which time she developed her case management, negotiation, and in-court skills, and co-authored an opening and reply brief to, and argued before, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Finally, prior to beginning her career in law, Rebecca worked in other client service roles, including a consultant corporation that provides best practices research to Chief Human Resources Officers in the Fortune 500.
Rebecca’s passion for client service led her to family law, where her attention to detail, empathy, and litigation background allows her to reach successful results for her clients while helping them navigate this difficult time in their lives.
Ms. Kelly graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2013, with Certificates in Advocacy and Mediation. She achieved Dean’s List honors, competed with the National Mock Trial Competition Team, was a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court, and served as Board Chair of the Advocacy Board.
Ms. Kelly is a member of the State Bar of California, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
